Turning into seagull "bug" or "hacking"

Whatever is causing this, you guys should know, Wasteland is entirely unplayable right now. There are some reports that a bug (people with latest dev build joining servers) is causing it, other people think it is hacking.

Either way, you can't play 5 minutes on any server without being turned into a seagull and teleported over the ocean.

Seems to be caused by people joining with the dev builds and affects everyone, regardless of build. When everyone turned their dev builds off things worked as per usual.
