Reinforcements broken since 1.62 update

Is there a fix yet for the 1.62 patch that prevents ArmA 2: Reinforcements booting up. I have the original ArmA 2, so Reinforcements is installed there.

I also reported the problem (incl. error warnings) to the Troubleshooting section of these forums, which I posted HERE.
