qbert 10 Posted March 11, 2013 As the title of this thread implies, with certain guns, such as the MX machine gun (opfor), there is no sound for other players. I unloaded a 200 round belt, and about 30 seconds after the firefight my teamleader asked me why I wasn't suppressing down the hill. This happened earlier today as well, in a "Defend the base" type mission. One of us had the same gun and no sounds were heard except enemy fire and the basic rifles we spawned with. The reason I say "Gun sounds" and not just "MX machine gun sounds" is because this issue extends to the default pistol, and I believe the Katima, according to a friend. I looked at the bug tracker but it's just confusing and doesn't work properly in my browser (Filter automatically sets to wierd settings, making searches impossible).
