ISAF operates on the basis that all members are capable of executing orders effectively with advanced knowledge of the game and environment. Some training may be required. Teamwork Advanced comm usage supports combat effectiveness and awareness. Training operations with real opposition provide real scenarios in which we will analyze and improve or tactics and strategy. Operation planning improves upon the training scenarios and applies the knowledge gain in planned operations and patrols. You will be implemented in any number of positions of a team and be able to represent critical skills within operations. Operations Our operations are conducted on a day-to-day basis, although there is a possibility that we will have planned operations in the future. It is expected that you are on for a majority of the week unless you have notified an SNCO of your absence. Be prepared to get into serious engagements and follow split second orders. Enlistment In order to enlist you must be able to attend week-day training and events including day-to-day operations. ISAF is looking for active members willing to participate with the group on multiple occasions throughout the week. If you feel your schedule does not meet our criteria or may be an issue please speak with us. Our interest is to maintain an active community for day-to-day operations.
