Did you make this purchase from the Steam Market place or the BIS Online Store?

If you purchased this from the Steam Market Place, it should automatically download it to your steam library when you click play. If it doesn't, try restarting steam. You could clear your clientRegistry.blob file from your main steam directory (rename it clientregistryOLD.blob) and then restarting it. If it won't download... I'm afraid you'll have to contact Steam Support to have this issue resolved.

If you purchased Arma 3 Alpha from the BiS online store, The game will appear in your Store Account under "My Games". Log into your Online Store account and it will list your Steam Serial Key Number for the game. You then need to take this number and copy it to your clipboard (Cntrl+C). Then start Steam and manually activate the Key by clicking on "Add a game..." in the lower left corner of the steam window. Choose the "Activate a Product..." option and paste (Cntrl+V) your Steam Serial Key Number into the provided field. Steam will then authenticate your serial key and download the Alpha to your Library.

If you do not see the ArmA 3 Alpha in your BIS Store account (and you bought is from the BIS online store) and you did not receive an email with your key.... you should contact BiS Support at: support@bistudio.com

For store issues the sole support method is via an Email to Support@bistudio.com (or using the webform here). Please send an email with all your information and a support ticket will be opened which will be addressed as soon as possible.

And like I said, the forums are not the appropriate place to raise Store support issues, open a support ticket please.
