I cannot connect my payment to download off of steam. it keeps saying purchase not made so it wont let me download anything off of my history of purchases

Web Accept Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID #XXXXXXXXXXXXX)

Email;

*removed*

would like this resolved asap

Did you make this purchase from the Steam Market place or the BIS Online Store?
