How to edit first person option and crosshair option without changing the difficulty

I think the title explains 100% this trhead, actually i'm using the upsomon and the taskmaster from A2, but is there any way to edit the mission and remove the third person and the crosshairs and friendly markers?

What's wrong with changing the difficulty? You can change it for regular (on/off, whatever you want) and when you host a listen server, it'll be enforced on the clients.

go to game options, click difficulty, click the difficulty your playing on and just disable crosshairs or whatever you want
