Radio calls by the player in SP?

Is it me or is there no menu with the various radio calls like the ones we had in the previous games?

I'm referring to the popup menu that normally was on the high right hand corner of the screen, that was controlled with the number keys and had quite a lot of submenus with different radio calls, some of which used to call out dead friendliesor enemies, or to acknowledge orders and so on...

Yay!

EDIT: Ok I found it, seems like the problem was command bindings not being very clear...
