cubbi 10 Posted March 6, 2013 (edited) Adjusting one's pose using ctrl and the scroll wheel would in my eyes enhance the feeling of a smooth and progressive movement and be even easier to access I can see that there might be problems with the action menue so has anyone figured out if this would work? Else I will post a feature request for this at http://feedback.arma3.com as I think it would be a great improvement Does anyone else feel the same? It's not that W/S-keys wouldn't work for me, but intuitively I wanted to use the wheel^^ Edited March 6, 2013 by cubbi typo
PTV-Jobo 820 Posted March 6, 2013 Oh god, yes! It would make my life in ArmA 3 so much easier. I am ashamed to admit it, but I'm an arrow keys user (always was growing up and also due to my disability, it is actually more comfortable for me :( ) *ducks and hides from all the boo's and hiss'es* Anyways, something like the scroll wheel combo would be a hell of a lot better for me. Since you are using a combo with the wheel, it shouldn't mess up the usual scroll wheel menu stuff. At least I don't think it would? Anyways, I personally think it would be a great idea. If others disagree, perhaps just giving us the ability to have a choice at the very least between the default and scroll combo would be welcomed.
meester 18 Posted March 6, 2013 I was considering using the scroll wheel for the up and crouch buttons, scroll up being the up key [not stand] and scroll down being crouch. I might experiment with it some more for other actions but currently I use right control for both up and crouch.
