Server difficulty settings

On my server i have been going from regular to veteran with

the difficulty="veteran"; command in the server.cfg

However i would like a few settings to be on regular.

My question are, where do i put settings like:

WeaponCursor=1;

AutoAim=1;

AutoGuideAT=1;

3rdPersonView=1;

ClockIndicator=1;

Map=1;

Tracers=1;

VonID=1;

I ask this as i tried to put then in server.cfg but they seems to have no effect.

The thing are i want veteran settings, but id like to keep

vonid=1;

friendlytag=1;

[visceralsyn 10]
