MSO Town Faction

Hello everyone! Im trying to create a MSO 4.55 with Isla Duala and only spawn African civilians in the towns (CIV_AFR) but havent been able to figure it out yet. So far it spawns some African civilians in the towns but its mostly Russian civilians and Eu civilians I think. Does anyone know how to change it so only the African civilians spawn in the towns?

It also seems like the Dualan Rebels are killing each other immediately when they spawn around towns?

Also tried changing the entire MSO base from another confirmed non team killing map (lingor) and the rebels are still killing each other all the time on Isla Duala.

Anyone have any input? ive tried everything I can think of :(, Isla Duala is giving me a hard time with MSOs apparently
