Will this activate in multiplayer for all human players if its set as a condition in a trigger?

I'm trying to create a mission in which certain buildings are destroyable, as well as being able to spawn a squad of soldiers if a player is detected/present, however ONLY if the building has not been destroyed.

Triggers run locally. But, since the conditions are usually the same for all clients, at the same time, it will seem global. Though using player as the condition, may only fire for the player which is inside the list. I'm not sure. You can always start up your dedicated.exe and find out :)
