Need tracked vehicle behavior that doesn't shake ground

I'm almost complete with my UGV config. During testing I realized that the ground shakes due to the tracked UGV's inheritance of the T72 base vehicle. I figured the easy fix would be to reset inheritance to a wheeled vehicle. WELL... now the tracks don't animate!

I can't seem to find any way in the config to reduce the ground shake for a specific vehicle... it seems that simply being in the Tank inheritance tree automatically makes the ground shake. This isn't Saving Private Ryan... the tiny little UGV's shouldn't be shaking the ground! :(

Questions:

1. Is there a way to make the track animations work outside of the Tank inheritance tree?

2. Is there a way to disable the default Getout and Eject action menu options? I can't find a way to disable the ability to eject/Get Out of the remote controlled vehicle!

3. Also need to know how to keep the UGV's from exploding dramatically and creating a huge fireball...
