rockstar86 1 Posted January 28, 2013 Like title says i just purchased steam version of Arma2 OA through pay pal pay pal sent email confirmation as well as my bank but no email from Bohemia of cd key. I even went into my profile looked for recent purchases and nothing as well as my games list and nothing there either what is going on? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Your post is unclear on this, but since you are posting here and not contacting Steam, I will assume the latter. Normally, when buying through the BI store you should recieve three e-mails: first an overview of your order, then a "purchase confirmation" and lastly a confirmation of payment (in addition to the confirmation mail from PayPal). If you recieved none of those three e-mails, then something has definitely gone wrong. Possible issues: 1. The e-mails from the store might have landed in your spam folder. Have you checked it? 2. The store might currently be having trouble processing orders, so you may need to wait a few hours. (How long ago did you place your order?) If you've still recieved nothing 24+ hours after placing the order and there is no info in your Sprocket account, you should contact support directly. I purchased the game directly through the site, I have recieved no emails from them, I checked spam folder and nothing, I have also just emailed support. I guess its just a waiting game now. Thank you for the input knowing others have had the same issue gives me some hope the issue will be solved, just kind of sucks that they have not responded to any of my emails.
