Applicants for this position must be willing to work full-time from our Prague office. Multilingual skills are essential for this position. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. The ideal candidate for this position will be proficient in both German and English. Additional bonus languages desired (but not required) are Czech, French, Italian, and Romansh. Technical Support Specialists Technical Support Specialists are tasked with customer interaction via email, ticketing, phone, and on-site services to handle all support related matters for company products. Ideal candidates will be familiar with key Bohemia Interactive products such as VBS2 and ArmA. Experienced developers and administrators with VBS2 and/or ArmA are preferred. Applicants must possess essential IT knowledge/skills and be able to troubleshoot a variety of OS, software and hardware related issues. Knowledge and experience in LVC, C2 and C4I is desired but not required. Operational experience with VBS2 in a simulation training environment a plus. Ideal applicants will carry experience in the following areas: Basic programming Basic ArmA/VBS scripting Basic terrain creation Basic model creation Applicants must be proactive, well organized, proficient, and most of all professional. Prior military service is a plus.
