AdmiralKarlDonuts 0 Posted July 6, 2002 So I write up my briefing, just the first copy, and I test it out to make sure everything works right, but on the second page I'm greeted with a huge space between lines, for no good reason. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
Aculaud 0 Posted July 6, 2002 Well, i know that what causes it is something in the HTML coding put in by BIS. The plan section was only designed to allow for about a page and a half of text before the objectives. so when you put more than a page and a half of text in, it creats that gap. What i do is just make my own section (you can find out how in the briefing text on the official site) and put the briefing there. This way, you can have as many sections as you want to outline the mission.
RED 0 Posted July 6, 2002 Make sure all your text is on one line, not more than one because OFP does this for you. Don't use Dreamweaver of Frontpage that will cause this to happen just use notepad. RED
AdmiralKarlDonuts 0 Posted July 6, 2002 Thanks dudes. I went with the first option (using Sui's kindly provided briefing code as a template) and set up links to different pages.
