Gamer 10 Posted July 5, 2002 Ok after installing resistance again for the 3rd time I keep getting this message "Cannot memory map addon o.pbo" which of course is the 173mb objects addon for resistance How in the hell can I fix this , it is really doing my head in.... System is a follows: AMD 1.4 O/c @ 1.6 512mb Crucial DDR Abit KR7A-133R (latest bios 7N) Via 4-1 v14.40v(a)p3 Gainward GF4 Ti4600 (no clock, stock speed) Det. v29.80 2xMaxtor 740L HD Drives in RAID 0 Hercules Fortissimo II (creative and their Audigy can bite my shiny ass) Iiyama Vision master Pro 512 22" WinXP Home (SP1 Build 1065) Has anyone else gotten this message or something similar? Xer0 0 Posted July 5, 2002 I have almost the same problem but it says that the resistance campaigns doesnt works. Im have reinstalled operation flashpoint and patching it right now then im gonna install resistance again. This is a real mess. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Xer0 0 Posted July 5, 2002 YEA! It works now. This is how you do: Unistall resistance and ofp and delete the operation flashpoint folder. Reinstall ofp and install 3 patches in this order: 1. 1.20 2. 1.30 (ultimate upgrade) 3. 1.46 Install resistance again and it should work. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Gamer 10 Posted July 5, 2002 Well I think I have found the problem, I was using a fixed swap file setting instead of letting windows manage it (set it to 768-768) so I would not have and swap file usage.
