scarecrow398 43 Posted December 23, 2012 Sorry if this should be in troubleshooting >_> So basically i'm wondering if anyone knows what could be causing a custom face to be discolored? I've taken the face (89) from the characters PBO, used texview to convert to PNG, open in Photoshop CS6, overlay a texture of edit gloves, hue/saturated the eyes (Used a mask to ensure it only effects the eyes), saved as PNG, turned it back to .PAA with Texview then placed it in documents>profile. But when i view it in game it shows the face with a green tinge/discolored of the skin tone rather than the natural skin tone as shown in photoshop and in texview. CameronMcDonald 146 Posted December 23, 2012 The group I play with took an in-depth look at this. If memory serves, the .rvmat governing custom faces causes custom faces to be green-tinged. There's nothing to be done about the .rvmat, but to counter the green, give your face a slightly red tinge.
whisky 1 Posted December 23, 2012 This is known, you need to counter it, add a kind of red-ish black-ish tint to it until it looks right,
