TheGmoder 1 Posted December 14, 2012 (edited) Hi i am TheGmoder and i lead a relatively new community that puts a focus on realism but without sticking to any specific unit or following any real world military structure. This allows us to flexible with what factions we play as and what type of missions we do. We have our own system of ranks and it works, we do not much training because we believe in training through experience, but if there are any specific things we need to go over than we go ahead and do it. At the moment we need people for all positions and yes you can change after you first choose, we don't like to tie people down to a specific role.
