slack 1 Posted December 11, 2012 Have not found an explicit answer to the question (and owning a copy of Take On too does not really make it clear). I own ArmA2 OA as a Steam app. OA alone is great - but sucks for mods, as a large number of good mods need ArmA2 in addition. So I want to get ArmA2 (on Steam). However, will this suffice for mods requiring both ArmA2 and OA? Or do the 2 games need to be specifically purchased as a bundled game? Or do the 2 need to be integrated in some fashion after (separate) installation of both? As a bonus question (cannot hurt to ask I hope), how do I fit Take On (non-Steam) into this for providing a somewhat realistic heli sim when flying dustoffs and CAS in ArmA2/OA? ;) Any pointers/URLs will be much appreciated. maddogx 13 Posted December 11, 2012 You can get Arma2 seperately and it will combine with OA, no problem. :) As for adding Take On - I haven't tried that, but I know it's supposed to work as of the latest patch. However, you won't be able to play with standard Arma2/OA players.

A helo should behave somewhat like a helo - which is what Take On does. Always wanted a combat sim with proper helo support. Appreciate the response. Thanks.
