Help with Creating MP Mission - Units not appearing :(

Hey,

I'm looking for some assistance, i've made a multiplayer missions with a combination of mods and I want to test with a few of my friends. I have moved all the mods into one folder and created the singleplayer mission, exported it to multiplayer but when I go to launch the mission only 3 units are playable when there should be 7. The ones which are playable are default chernaus civilians, the others are Mod units.

The units all have server key's so i'm not sure why it wont work, all units set as playable. I'm a bit of a noob at this so i'm sort of stuck. Any suggestions?
