Computers from pricewatch...?

Recommended Posts

I was looking around the internet for a new computer because i want to be able to play ofp better. I found some at pricewatch. Most of them were like 1.2ghz with 128mb ram for around $300. I thought that was a good deal so i might buy one when I get the money. Does it sound a little too good to be true? Has anyone else bought a puter from them?

BTW here is the link :

Try looking up the company you are interested on in Reseller Ratings. There is usually a fairly good idea of whether a company is trustworthy or not to be found there.

Hope that helps...

One company to watch out for is MDG.

Maybe you should ask around in various forums to find a respectable computer dealer. Maybe a respected member of these forums will be able to sell you a computer.

I can't speak for the USA pricewatch but when I tried the UK one I found it to be very expensive, you may be better having a search to see what other online retailers you can find, at least check the prices on as many as you can before you make an order smile.gif

F*c*i*g awesome!

Look at this:

Germany / Pricewatch USA

Asus P4T533-c Motherboard 240$ 166$

P4 2.2Ghz Processor 309$ 225$

Asus v8440/TD videocard 400$ 243$

----------------------------------------------------------

949$ 634$

Not so bad I guess tounge.gif

What do you think about if I would buy some stuff, let them ship it to a friend of mine in the US and he sends it to me by mail. You think that is smart?
