Security in ArmA 3 with a New API

In the case of ARMA though, you'd also need two things:

Mission makers still having (at least?) the same level of ability to 'modify' and script the game world as needed.

Clients being unable to mask themselves as server for the aforementioned "state of the game" purposes.

But then the state of client-side mods under such a system is unclear...
