Editor for new worlds? i cant find it

link me to a web site that has the tool to create new worlds?

On friday I saw a web page that had an unofficial tool and other MANY cool downloads but I was at work and I forgot the web addy now.

 I cant seem to find it now via google, and I cant remember the search words I typed in on Friday

Bare in mind that WrpEdit doesn't work completely with OFP: Resistance yet.

With a bit of hexing and a lot of patience you can open Nogova (new island) in WrpEdit and play around with it.

Altough the objects aren't fully functioning yet.

I am certain that this will be corrected in a later version.
