Serious issues with Userconfig

Everytime I build into PBO when I have a Userconfig involved... nothing works. Does anyone else have trouble building PBO's when you're PBO points towards Userconfig? It compiles all perfect, but when I go into the game none of the .sqf's and configs load. It's so odd :|

Perhaps if I am doing it wrong, can someone show me how to simply pack a PBO and make a Userconfig successfully?
