Release a new stable please

It's great that the LOD switching bug has been fixed in the beta now but unfortunately most servers I've played on don't use the beta and as the VON port was changed in 96061 it means if I run the beta I can't communicate with anyone, so I have to use 1.62 and put up with the LOD switching bug.

The servers will only use stable releases, so could you consider releasing a new stable that incorporates all the recent fixes?
