installation problems

I purchased and installed arma 2 CO. When i run either game i hear music playing but just get a black screen.Tried support a few days ago but still no reply.

AMD Phenom II X6 1035t processor 2.60Ghz

8.0 GB ram

nvidia geforce 440gt

windows 7 ultimate

That's not true, there's a reply logged on the system from Jan 11 and a half hours later:

2. In Windows XP, click on 'Run'. In Vista/7, continue to step 3.

3. Type 'msinfo32' (without the quotes).

4. Press Enter.

5. In MSINFO window, click on 'File' in the upper menu.

6. Click on 'Save' button.

7. Send me the resulting file as email attachment.

Well i just bought the game last weekend. So if i had a reply from january 11th i doubt it would help me. I haven't recieved a reply to this issue. I am also unable to play the game still.

Errr Jan = Jan Libich the support colleague, not January...

I assure you a reply was sent, if you didn't receive it that's not our fault it's a fault with your Email. The answer is quoted above, I would suggest you respond with the requested information to Support@bistudio.com perhaps from a proper Email not hotmail.
