New to Arma. How do you patch manually?

I got the ARMA2_OA_BUILD.zip but what do i do with it?

How'd you make it through a download at 10KB/sec? I'd have murdered a puppy waiting for that.

Unzip it and I think it has an installer in it, but since arma2.com is serving files so rage inducingly slow I gave up trying to verify that and cancelled the download.

Basically it'll give you a beta folder you run the game from.
