fackstah 1 Posted August 12, 2012 (edited) Hello, I started playing arma about 2 months ago long story short i caught the Mission making bug and here i am ! lol we are looking for people to help us test and letting players know we are here and have a server Our server is with combined operations 1.62 with no mods (yet) to join Look for Desolate in host name field of your filter Mission 1: CTF warzone Berezino A custom CTF in Berezino on Chernarus THIS is not your average CTF there are 3 factions wageing war over Berezino while CTF is going on and lots of props have been added i mean i cant add anymore the city limits are full ! and i get 60 FPS on my laptop so stability is not a issue nearly 100 on my desktop Features : ~Many assets placed around map ~Do not cross the opposing teams spawn Trench line or you will die ~Jumping added. ~Crates added around the map Check near houses backyards etc ~Custom Sounds / music added ~Custom Intro Added ~tweaked R3F Weight and fatigue system added ~infantry based war going on while this all occurs ~Random start time every restart ~Fast Action tactical warfare with capture the flag ~Backpack usable characters ~Dynamic Weather Script ~many roofs are accessible via scaffolding or ladders mission 2: Hunting Season Paramilitary Men have kidnapped several tourists and have thrown them, as a group, into the wilds of Chernarus. These 'Hunters' start with basic guns and limited items. The 'Hunted' start with nothing. The Hunters' commander has set up a base in Chernogorsk at the International Hotel. The Hunted can win by either A)destroying the Hunters' base in Chernogorsk ( use a fuel truck to have it explode the hotel down, B) reaching the UN encampment on Skalisty island and protecting it from waves of enemies for 2 minutes. Hunters can win by controlling the bolota airstrip for 2 minutes against a onslaught of UN forces coming to rescue the tourists or by defending and making sure the tourists to not acheive theyre goals.find items , hunt kill and survive. are you going to be the prey or hunt the hunters back? the choice is all yours! Features : ~ Revive system for medics only ~ Bandage system ~ Weight system & stamina System ~ Multiple ways of winning or visit our webpage here : http://fussion-networks.com/desolate/ We are also testing our other new mission called: fussion-frenzy Mission 3: Fussion Frenzy 2 factions compete to hold onto a base ( Frenzy Point) on the airstrip for 20 minutes without leaving the base area or the timer resets itself meanwhile AI assaults the base in waves every minute ( the AI can capture the base aswell) . ~can you handle the frenzy ? swe have these all loaded to our server plus more to change missions you need 75% majority vote at any point in game to change to a new mission . we are still working on all these missions plus more and are updated nearly every day But it always helps to have people test it out and let me know of any bugs . we will be adding ACE and possibly ACRE aswell in the future or at least do some trial runs on our test server and see how it all works out haha all these missions plus the others not listed are on our main server to join Look for Desolate in host name field of your filter Thanks, Cousin Roman PS : this is my second post but you have no idea how much of an asset this community has been i haven't needed to ask any questions yet because everything i encounter i find solutions for on these forums or with a quick Google search ! fackstah 1 Posted August 18, 2012 UPDATE: Close Quarters team vs team vs AI team with base building and a Desolate Twist on it. the action happens near the abbandoned base 1 fuel truck 1 repair truck they do respawn but blow up with a hell of a bang.There are also fuel barrels around military bases there is a hand full of vehicles good luck! there is no way to win really it is a sandbox no food consumption or water it is on a smaller map with lots of enterable buldings find fortifications outside of bases airfield etc and you can build your base with them Stamina system added so dont run forever before going into a firefight or you will be inaccurate and a bunch of other custom scripts Watch out for AI fighting over the UN warzone !
