VerifySignatures=2 exceptions?

I have the Verifysignatures on 2 and tried it on 1 as well. I am trying to add exceptions to that so everybody can use their own specific soundmods and stuff alls I need to do is add that to the server.cfg. Only, I dont know what to put after the verifysignatures and I have looked everywhere I want to add specific soundmods.
