Arma 2 CO not working with new 1.62 Patch how to fix?

I have Arma 2 retail and Arma 2 OA Steam, now I use the Arma 2 Game Launcher from armaholic to launch my game as Combined Operations never had a problem, but when steam downloaded the new patch it wouldnt work, so this is what i have done so far

Run games by them self works perfectly - - With no mods

so then i tried the arma 2 luncher as CO before it even went to a splash screen thing just crashes and says Arma 2 OA has stop working.

so then i think its a mod or something so i get rid of all my mods and try it again: (Samething happens)

so then i think its the launcher so i redownload repair and reinstall the launcher: (Samething happens)

So then i think its the launcher all together and go to steam and try to launch arma 2 OA and CO: (Samething happens)

Never had a problem like this with the Arma Series and i have been playing since Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis.

So im asking do i have to reinstall the game to get CO to work? also NOTE: i dont run stupid DAY Z so i dont have any betas or anything like that.
