SgtTrojan 1 Posted July 22, 2012 Hi guys, Firstly, I'm loving the game. It offers the MilSim realism that BF2 has but was lost in it's port to BF3. Anyway... I've played Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead for 90 hours so far. Previously I have launched it via Steam. I have launched it via Six Launcher and I have always been able to play. I say play but I have never yet played on two servers that play the same game mode. I have played domination and insurgency but there has always been something different about each server/ game type. Last night I tried to play Arma 2 for 2 hours. None of the usual methods would work and the only success I had was spawning as a raven in a server. What's all that about?! With Arma 3 coming around the corner I am using my time to get familiar with the expected controls and game types via Arma 2, but right now I can't. I can play DayZ no problem. I use my pre-created pre-set and find and join servers without issue. My expansion/beta is currently at r88 v1.62.95208 and trying to launch OA via Six Updater (via the beta preset) does not work either. Any help is greatly appreciated. Right now I am just blown away by the, what seems like, hundreds of variants of Arma 2. Thanks in advance. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Thats default for a respawn if the mission on a server is set to one life, thats only one option of respawning, but thats mission specific has nothing to do with the server. My expansion/beta is currently at r88 v1.62.95208 and trying to launch OA via Six Updater (via the beta preset) does not work either. I believe it was posted somewhere that there was an issue with this, suggest you find the 6updater thread and find out that should answer your question. Unable to play Arma2 isn't a clear answer of what you have done to try to fix it, you need to be more specific or no one will help you, your first post is garbled and vague thats why I asked. How do you connect to servers to play Arma? Arma as in Arma1, or Arma2, or Arma2CO, be specific. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
