How do you change the amount of money players receive in CTI maps?

I've searched and looked at some of the stickies but didn't find what I need to know.

Just a very simple question. I want to edit those default CTI MP maps so players can get infinite(or close to infinite) money while the amount for AI remains the same.

What tools do I need and how should I do it?
