My default BIS config mod is coming along with the exception of AK_47_M

Is there anything special about this weapon in particular that I can't seem to modify through inherited classes?

I'm in the process of making a gameplay altering mod that effectively forces the AI to behave a little more like a human as opposed to the hyper-reflexive, hyper-aware default BIS soldiers.

In doing so I needed to reduce the single fire cycle rate of all the rifles, as it was basically the only way to force them to not spam the trigger as fast as inhumanly possible, and yield tight groups.

I've been able to lower the single fire cycle rate for every rifle I've modified yet, -EXCEPT- this rifle, and while I have a workaround for it, I would simply prefer it to work as it technically should.

I surmise there are two problems with this:

1: for some reason AK_47_M doesn't allow itself to be editable through inherited config classes the way the others have been.

2: I have an addon that for some reason alters the cycle rate of that weapon and I'm unaware of it.

AFAIK, I don't have any, unless of course JSRS1.4 modifies things other than sounds, because otherwise its been very well behaved.

I'm trying to think of any other addons that might be giving me grief but I can't seem to think of any.
