Resistance

I know the release date for OFP Resistance is set to 28th of June, but is that the release in Europe or North America???

I remember waiting for OFP last year and they gave a release date saying June 26th or something and that was the release date in Europe, which was great since I live in Norway.

But will it happen again?

Really? CodeMasters isn't going to treat North America with the usual distane? What I would like to see is that we here in Canada get it at the sametime as the European release and have an American release 'sometime in the future' and then we can here all them Americans whine

Actually, I would think the Canadian release would take longer as BIS would have to produce everything in both French and English for Quebec. Radio message voice and text would have to be in 2 languages:

EBW won't release it on the 25th. If they do, it's going to be earlier than CM has instructed and it would be a blunder on EBW's part (though a boon to players).

About the dual messages, I wasn't being serious. However, Canada does have laws about the posting of public messages (a Canadian here can surely correct me) in both English and French.

English, French, Spanish, German and Italian are all built into OFP. I was commenting specifically about Canada, in reference to its language laws.

Don't know why, but only our food has to have both languages on them. Everything else is just in english here.

All things offical from the governments must be in both languages, but only Quebec is fucked up in langauge laws. Over there you need to have the prominate sign of your business in French and they have all sorts of dicky little rules about showing other languages. I remeber Jac Villeneuve, a French Canadian hero, built a bar in Montreal and named it after his nickname, Newtown. Well the language police were all over that one. That's how stupid it is.
