Stop camera movement while "DisableUserInput true"?

The current rotation impulse of the camera is maintained when the input is disabled. How can you prevent the camera to rotate, when you execute

DisableUserInput true;

?

(I still want the camera to be in 1st or 3rd person player view, while the input is disabled.)

Realy want to know this too. Seem's a new bug, cant find anything else about this on google.
