Need help with "Flyinheight" command

Recommended Posts

Hey guys i cant seem to get my MI-8 fly high enough even after i used the flyinheight command, i set the number to 200 but the MI-8 still flies just a little bit above the treeline, where as using altitude degree of that 200 a CH-47 will fly high, any suggestion?

whenever i use

this flyinHeight XXX;

or

name flyinHeight XXX;

my aircraft starts with altitude 49 m... am i doing something wrong? this is the simplest frickin command, yet i'm stuck at 49 m no mater what i put for XXX

fixed

apparently flyinHeight only tells the AI how high it should fly

use this to set the initial Mi-8 height

this setPos [getPos this select 0,getPos this select 1,200];

then use flyinHeight 200; and he should fly his waypoints at 200. you can put flyinheight in the waypoint too and try that.
