Rolling the throttle to off in the shutdown procedure tutorial

I cannot figure this out. I'm at step 4 in the tutorial and I want to turn the throttle off, but when I look at the throttle on the left side, it only gives me an option to turn the throttle to full, which fails my tutorial. Where am I wrong?

Or you can use the hot key to increase/decrease throttle

As always, reconfig your keybinding on every game you came across is always a good idea;)
