Ogg file doesn't play

The lip file works just fine in the game, but the ogg file doesn't play. Since the lip file works, that tells me I setup the wav file correctly. I made sure I converted it to ogg properly as well, but it doesn't play. I recorded the message again and did it all over, it still won't play:(

I didn't have any problems having my other ogg files play, and since I don't get any errors I'm not sure what the problem is. The problem ogg file is shorter than all the other ogg files I'm using though, it only takes up about 10kb....so I've been thinking that it won't accept the file since it's so small. I just wanted to check and see if anyone else has run into a problem like this.

I have had loads of problems with OGG files, try adding about 2-6 seconds of no sound I usually find that if a file is too small some encoders for OGG trim the end off the file.
