TKOH engine features in A2/OA/CO

Are there any plans to implement some of the TKOH features like some of the view distance/object draw distance/shadow distance settings and volumetric features in any of the A2 games? I think it would be nice to be able to play A2 or OA with a terrain draw distance of 10,000+ but be able to set object draw to 3000 etc... since the community preview seems to break other A2 features like fixed wing controls etc. And I apologize if this has been discussed elsewhere.
