when i added Ranger addon i get error when I load Domination 2

I get this error when I added Ranger addon and I load Domination 2.

This Ranger addon is what, units of army rangers or something?

You trying to add roles to Domination2?

Its a Mod. Some one made the modles.

I get that its a addon/mod, but what type, is it new units, like as in soldiers, or what, do you have a link to it?

Also are you editing Domination and trying to add a new role or roles to the mission to play as a different soldier.

Details or no one will help you, or cant help you.

Opps my bad. They are a new unit. I did not asign them a name or init. I just linked the addon to the load up. The error happens if they are on the map or not. Yes I want to add them to the map. Yes its a Domination 2 map 2.60. All was fine on the server till I added the mod to the loadup. And when I remove the mod its all good again. I think the error has to do with the placement of mission units that spawn. And the funny thing is these have nothing to do with that . I down loaded the mod from Armaholic Rangers mod.

All you need to do is edit the map, just add a unit for a test, and replace an existing unit,

make your new unit playable and be sure to put the old unit's codes in the new units place, then test, it should work.

Copy n paste the old units codes then delete him, and then add to the new unit, you should have no issues.

Make sure you are running the

Rangers Replacement Pack as a mod when you load up the game, and make sure you have the requirements

for that replacement pack seen at the bottem of that page which is the -

daveygarys Rangers with ESS Tactical Sunglasses and backpacks

Actualy I just tried runing ace and it comes up with the same error no matter what mod. I took the ranger mod out. I put in the basic Ace and CBA. I load it up it all works but I get the same error its in a command box thats black. Not the brown box that tells you somethings missing. I used six updater to put in this mod. Weard. My first time with moding. Its like Domintion 2 hates mods. If I make a fresh map with out domination 2 script there are no errors.I know there is something in domination 2 that is throwing a fit but I can't see what. Thae error dills with the xf file and from what I can tell it dills with AI spawns. Weard.

I suggest delete the mission and get a new copy, run the mission without mods and make sure you get no errors and then go from there.

Fresh copy worked fine. I must have did something wrong when editing it. Funny thing is it works great without the mods. Oh well I wanted to redo it any ways thanks for your help.

Try the rangers now as I had stated in my previous post and it will work with mods.
