Mp Armory not working properly?

Here's the deal. I play ArmA II: CO with my brother all the time, but Armory seems not to be working properly. For my brother, who hosts, everything works properly. For me, I can't select anything, I can't access information stands or anything like that. A message popped up on my brother's screen, something about the same player uid or something.

Any ideas?

you seem to use the same cd key

if so, you need your own copy it seems

That's right, we do share the game.

Buying another copy is a last resort... is there a script, command line parameter or something I could use to correct it?
