Treelor 0 Posted August 26, 2011 The way warfare works is that you have a set number of squads. These are led by one AI unit (per squad) that will respawn when it dies (much like a player). These guys buy units independently of their commander or other teams. When you buy units, they go into your squad only. If you want to work around that, you can always give units to the other squads using the communications menu (highlight squad in high command, 0, 8). Also, if you don't already know, you can create tasks in warfare by right clicking on the map while you have your high command bar open. You can do this on towns to create capture tasks as well.
