qbert 10 Posted August 20, 2011 (edited) I am new to these forums and forums in general, so I'll try to describe what's going on and why I'm posting this. Firstly, I and some close friends are putting together a clan, and for about 3 weeks the clan has been at a standstill as it's been me and my friends trying to recruit over the game itself. Now, I don't have anything against people from other countries, but it's frustrating to see a guy come on who looks promising in combat, but ultimately speaks no english. Our clan is looking for American players, who want to play as if it is real life in the game. We will do the initial interview of your personality over Ventrilo, run you through a basic training course which can possibly take up to 5 days to complete in total, and then whatever other specialties you feel you want to play as, we will train you for as long as it takes for you to be perfect at it. As this is a milsim clan, we take it as serious as real life, you will be trained so hard that if you were put in real combat you'd feel at home. We ask that you are over the age of 14, mature, open minded, and have a sense of humor and are not a complete psycho. If you think this is your calling then PM me. Finally, I know we don't have a fancy picture, or cool titles, but we are against gimmicks. We aren't going to promise you that you can be the pilot/sniper, we aren't going to baby you because you can't take being yelled at under fire, and you will be yelled at over ventrilo during even training. Firing without permission means a permanent ban from our vent and servers. You must have both ArmA 2 and Operation Arrowhead so that you can use Combined Ops.
