FPS Lag

Hey guys,

Sometimes while playing ARMA, my fps will drop to 5-10fps, textures wont render properly and neither will models. I can solve the problem by "flushing" but it happens constantly while playing and the longer I play, the more often I have to "flush".

Here are my specs (I have the latest gfx drivers)

i5 760 @ 3.6ghz

4GB DDR3

nVidia 450GTS 1GB

Windows 7 Home Premium

I am aware my gfx card isn't the best but other times I can run the game without any problems at all. Anyone got any ideas?
