how about a weapon on the humvee and BDRM? heh

If only you could use all the weapons a Land Rover could have mounted on it at once...

We need a Lynx, Puma and Gazelle. We can then get a big city and we can recreate Belfast. Ahh the taste of home.

Seriously though, Brit choppers would be cool.

if you're talking about a fourth force, The Brits, and producing like for like, it won't work that way, at least with helicopters.

Gazelle would be roughly equal to Kiowa, though there are some which are armed with ATGWs.

Puma would be the direct equivalent to the Huey or Black Hawk, but the Lynx is in a class of its own, mounting TOW (Last time I looked) with serious talk of also bunging on Hellfire, but as far as I know never mounted a serious gun.

But even without ATGW, it was still used offensively, carrying a pair of MILAN teams to the most embarrassing place on the battlefield the enemy could imagine, kill something, and get out with unparralleled speed. Actually, That would be a #### of a mission, wouldn't it?

Correction: Fourth force

They should have in the next patch an imphibious APC or tank with half-tracks and some 30mm machine guns on top.#### Yeah!

The Lynx would only be worth while if they made it true to life, i.e. the only military Helicopter in the world to be able to loop to loop, due to it's fixed blades!

The Puma is a medium sized chopper, for carrying troops mainly but has a great cargo carrying ability, armament is limited to a couple of GPMG's on the doors.

The Lynx is fairly cool... but what's the Puma?

<span id='postcolor'>

Ever seen RamboIII the russian chopper used is a Puma. Except without the pylons on the side. They probably could'nt afford a real Hind. Cheapskates!

50% now , but it was a project of the "aerospatiale" , and after , when it became "eurocopter", you really began to have a part in the construction of the puma .

It is not going to last much longer though, we have made a new helicopter called the Merlin and it is said to replace the Sea King, The Puma, and the very old Wessex. Its said to go twice as fast as all of them and can carry more equipment and Troops than any of those helicopters.

First flown on 21 March 1971, the lynx did not fly in production Army Ah.Mk1 form until 1977. The Lynx AH.Mk7 introduced engine and tail rotor changes, and an IR suppressor, while the Ah.Mk9 has a new BERP main rotor and a wheeled undercarriage, like the stillborn Super Lynx or Lynx 3 which flew only in prototype form. Only the British Army, the Royal Marines and the Quatar police use the Army Lynx, apart from a handful in use for experimental and test pilot training duties. The Army Lynx can be used to transport 12 soldiers or Milan ATGM teams, or can be fitted with a roof-mounted TOW sight and up to eight TOW missiles. Alternatively, pintle-mounted machine-guns can be mounted in the cabin doors, and rocket pods, HOT or Hellfire missiles can be mounted on the cabin sides.

I'm sorry but the PUMA is a 100% frensh helicopter and the last version is the super puma and the Brit can't help us for this helicopter they buy it but it's a frensh technology But the new Transport Helicopter (I don't know the name i forget it) it's a aerospatial project with the UE.
