Create unit via mapclick

Hello!

I want to create a unit or a group of units (for example a US-medic or 3 opfor riflemans) during a mission with a simple click on the map and the unit(s) appear, where I had clicked on the map. The best would be, if I would first have to activate it with a radio trigger!

How can i do this? Yes, I know DAC but I want to do this on my own!
