Upgrading for arma2 (on budget!)

First of i didn't really know where to put this so if a mod could move it if it doesn't belong here please do :)

Anyway iv been thinking of upgrading for a long time now and im kinda stuck on where to go.

My current system is

AMD athlong x2 3800+ 2.01 GHz

2 gig DDR 2 RAM

Nvidia Geforce 9400 gt

Abit motherboard not sure on the model :/

I would like to upgrade the motherboard and processor first keeping the ram and graphics card if i can...

Now im on a tight budget and im not to bothered if arma doesnt run full wack medium high will do me just fine :) so long as its running smooth that is.

i dont want to spend much more than £100 on the processor and then the same for a mother board.

Any help is appreciated

Hi and welcome

if I was you I would do an upgrade concerning ArmA3 which is going to be released next year, otherwise you will be forced to do another upgrade not long after. Check the Arma 3 thread for the minimum specs. Being on such tight budget you will need to assemble your rig on your own to save money. I doubt that you will get away with it not to spend more than a 100 bucks for GPU, CPU and motherboard. Most probably you will have to change also RAM when changing motherboard and processor.
