Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis. March Hell song for death - Addon.

I used to play OFP until about a year or two ago. I wanted to commemorate this great game by making an addon that plays the song "March Hell' when you die.

I edited the folders "CA" and "music", so I already have it working, but I want to put it into addon form for the community.

I will release the modified folders for the community for now until help arrives.

Note: The Modified PBOs should probably go into a mod folder so that they don't overwrite the exsisting PBOs
