Tactics 10 Posted June 25, 2011 (edited) I finished downloading Arma 2 and I go to start the game and a message pops up with the exact saying, " The program can't start because XINPUTE1_3.dll is missing from your comupter. Try reinstalling to fix this problem." One other Problem is, I did as it said and reinstalled it twice and sitll get the same message saying something is missing.. Macser_old 0 Posted June 26, 2011 (edited) Assuming you haven't solved it yet,have you tried downloading the file and putting into your windows system32 folder? http://www.dll-files.com/pop.php?dll=xinput1_3 I just noticed the naming of the Dll.Are you sure it's XinputE1_3.dll?
